Gör så här:

Koka fullkornen enligt anvisningar på förpackningen. Låt svalna. Blanda ihop och arbeta samman alla ingredienserna till degen i ett par minuter, gärna i en assistent. Låt jäsa under bakduk i en timme. Dela degen i 4 bitar. Forma dem till bullar genom att vika in kanterna runt om mot mitten. Vänd upp på en bricka.

Låt jäsa i 20 minuter i rumstemperatur.

Rör ihop ingredienserna till tomatsåsen.

Sätt ugnen på 225°. Dela degen i två bitar. Kavla ut varje bit till ca 30 x 20 cm stor rektangel. Skär tomaterna i små bitar. Bred sås på degen och strö över majs, basilika, tomatbitar och mozzarella. Rulla ihop som rulltårtor. Skär varje rulle i tolv bitar och lägg på bakplåtspappersklädda plåtar. Strö över parmesanost. Grädda i mitten av ugnen i 10-12 minuter tills de har fått fin färg. Låt svalna på plåten.
