Gör så här:

Sätt ugnen på 200°C.

Smörj en ugnsform med ½ tsk rapsolja.

Riv det ena äpplet och skär det andra i mindre bitar. Hacka hasselnötterna grovt.

Blanda alla ingredienser utom äggen i en bunke och häll ner i den smorda formen.

Vispa ihop äggen och häll över grynblandningen.

Lägg på äppelbitar, hallon och flagad mandel.

Ställ in formen mitt i ugnen och grädda 30 minuter.
